Fees charged

The cost of the stay per night are as follows:

• Stay for two people per night €60
• Stay for three people per night €65
• Stay for four people per night €70

There is an additional €60 flat rate at the end of the stay for use of utilities and cleaning costs.

The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Cash
• Debit/credit card NO AMERICAN EXPRESS
• Instant or advance bank transfer

NO BANK CHECKS
Check in time: from 1pm to 7pm
Check out time: before 10:00 am (after this time the full day will be counted)

Terms of reservations

The request the reservation must be made by e-mail request to cricuvi@gmail.com showing the number of people who will occupy the (max 3/4 depending on the type of accommodation), the names of persons, date of arrival (some) and departure (alleged) and a telephone number.

Will then be asked to confirm the booking, at a later contact, copies of identity documents of the persons who will occupy.

It ‘requires a DEPOSIT on delivery of the host keys on arrival, while the balance will be required only at the end of the stay, accompanied by appropriate receipt.

Conditions of Stay

• And ‘no smoking inside the apartments.

• The property accepts no responsibility for theft to objects and personal effects.

• Please guests to turn off all the lights in the rooms before you leave home.

• And ‘it is forbidden to throw in the toilet waste and bulky items.

• The room cleaning is carried out before check in and check out.

• In apartments is available clean linen.

• He asks not to make noise and disturb during the night, in the respect of the other condos.

• For anything not explicitly mentioned it is relying on good taste and good sense of each one in everyone.

• Compliance with the rules is mandatory.
